Frequently asked questions

Can I install a food waste disposer?

Yes, but we do not recommend it. Variations in disposer quality can lead to unbalanced vibrations during grinding, which may cause the sink to crack. Damage caused by waste disposers is not covered under warranty.

What is the sink thickness?

Our sinks feature a reinforced design: 11mm at the rim, 8mm for the side walls, and 13mm at the base.

What is the material composition?

The products are made of 70% imported quartz sand and 30% unsaturated polyester resin. This ratio ensures the necessary fluidity for one-piece casting while maintaining durability.

What are the cutout sizes for installation?

Top-mount: Reduce the length and width by 20mm.

Middle-mount: Based on the actual product size.

Under-mount: Based on the inner diameter; can be reduced by 2–4mm.

Does the sink have an anti-condensation coating?
No, it is not required. The thickness of the quartz stone naturally prevents the formation of condensation.
Is the color natural or painted?
The color is natural and uniform throughout the material (one-piece molding). It will not peel like painted finishes on stainless steel sinks.
Are the small holes on the back a repair?
No, these are exhaust vents necessary for the casting process to prevent internal air pockets. They do not affect the sink's integrity or appearance once installed.

Daily Care & Maintenance

  • After every use, wash with mild soap or a neutral detergent and rinse thoroughly with clean tap water.

  • Wipe the sink dry using a clean, soft cloth.

  • For deep cleaning, use a paste made from baking soda or gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush.

  • Wipe gently in the direction of the polished surface; avoid applying excessive force.

  • Handle the sink with care to avoid bumps or scratches and ensure proper product longevity.

  • Ensure thorough rinsing to prevent gritty residues from remaining in the sink.

⚠️ Do not use the following items to clean the sink:

  • Steel wool or metal brushes: These will directly scratch the surface and leave irreparable damage.

  • Cleaners containing strong acids or alkalis: Such as sodium hydroxide, sulfuric acid, or hydrochloric acid, which will damage the surface.

  • Chlorinated cleaners or any type of bleach: Laundry detergents (such as Vanish) are also not recommended.

  • Any metal scouring pads, solvents, drain cleaners, or other similar liquids and chemicals.

  • These products will dull the surface finish and cause corrosion, potentially leading to permanent stains or discoloration.

What to Avoid

  • Do not use the sink as a cutting board.

  • To avoid burn marks, do not place hot cookware directly in or on the sink.

  • Avoid leaving dark liquids, such as coffee or tea stains, in the sink for long periods. This can cause stubborn staining that is difficult to clean.
